The Molex 5034801000 is a 10-position FFC/FPC connector featuring a 0.5mm pitch and a surface mount, right-angle mounting configuration. It accepts FFC or FPC cables with a thickness of 0.30mm and supports straight or tapered cable ends. Contacts are located on both top and bottom for flexible cable insertion.
The connector is housed in a glass-filled liquid crystal polymer (LCP) with a glass-filled polyamide actuator, providing a durable flip-lock and backlock mechanism for secure cable retention. Electrical performance includes a 50V voltage rating and gold-plated phosphor bronze contacts. Solder retention features aid in reliable PCB mounting.
The housing and actuator are rated UL94 V-0 and UL94 HB for flammability. The component has an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and is RoHS3 compliant (unverified) with REACH unaffected (unverified) and MSL Level 1 (unverified).
