The Molex 5019400307 is a Pico-Clasp series PCB header designed for wire-to-board applications. It features 3 circuits in a single row with a 1.00mm pitch, vertical orientation, and surface mount termination. The header is fully shrouded with a locking ramp for secure mating and includes PCB retention features for reliable soldering.
Electrical ratings include a maximum current of 1.5A per contact and a maximum voltage of 100V AC (RMS)/DC. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a tin plating (minimum 1.016µm) and the housing is natural nylon with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +105°C.
