The Johanson Technology 500R07S6R8BV4T is a surface-mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) from the S-Series, designed for high-Q and microwave applications. It offers a capacitance of 6.8 pF with a tight tolerance of ±0.1 pF and a voltage rating of 50V. The C0G/NP0 dielectric provides excellent temperature stability with minimal capacitance change over the operating range of -55°C to 125°C.
This capacitor features ultra-low ESR and high Q, making it ideal for RF, microwave, and high-frequency circuits where low loss is critical.
