The TE Connectivity 5-6605790-1 is a single port RJ45 modular connector jack with integrated magnetics, part of the Mag45 family. It is designed for 10/100 Base-T Ethernet applications with AutoMDIX support. The connector features a 1x1 jack configuration with a 1:1 turns ratio and 100Ω impedance.
Mechanically, the jack is through hole mounted with a 90° right angle orientation and an inverted latch-up tab direction. It is fully shielded with a brass shield plated with semi-bright nickel and includes an EMI finger for enhanced electromagnetic compatibility. The housing is made of UL 94V-0 rated thermoplastic.
The connector includes two LEDs: a green LED with a 250 ohm resistor on the left and a yellow LED with a 250 ohm resistor on the right. It also features board lock and decoupling capacitance rated at 2KV. The operating temperature range is 0°C to 70°C.
