The TE Connectivity 5-103735-2 is a 3-position, single-row shrouded header from the AMPMODU MTE series. It features a 2.54mm pitch and a vertical through-hole mounting style with solder termination. The header uses a 4-wall shrouded design with a latch holder for secure mating and a keying slot for alignment.
Electrical characteristics include a 3A current rating, 600V dielectric withstanding voltage, and 5000MΩ insulation resistance. The contact mating area is plated with gold over a 0.76µm thickness, while the termination area is plated with tin for reliable soldering. The square pin contacts are made of brass and have an overall contact length of 13.84mm.
The housing is molded from black UL94 V-0 rated thermoplastic, suitable for operating temperatures from -65°C to 105°C. This connector is designed for board-to-board or cable-to-board applications and can be terminated using crimp or IDC methods.
