The Bourns 5.0SMDJ70A is a unidirectional TVS (transient voltage suppression) diode designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from high-energy voltage transients. It offers a reverse standoff voltage of 70V and a nominal breakdown voltage of 113V, making it suitable for 70V nominal bus protection in telecom and industrial applications.
