The 5.0SMDJ43A is a 5000W unidirectional TVS diode from Littelfuse designed for transient voltage protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 43V, breakdown voltage of 47.8V, and clamping voltage of 69.4V at 72.1A peak pulse current. The device offers fast response time (<1ps) and high ESD protection (30kV air/contact). It is housed in a surface mount DO-214AB (SMC) package with an operating temperature range of -65°C to 150°C.
