The Keystone 4672 is a precision stamped mica insulator pad designed for TO-220 transistor packages. It provides electrical isolation and thermal transfer between the semiconductor and chassis or heatsink.
The rectangular die-cut pad measures 21.84mm x 13.21mm with a thickness of 0.076mm (0.0030"). Mica construction offers good thermal conductivity of 0.009 W/(in·°C) and can withstand continuous operating temperatures up to 593°C (1100°F). The dielectric constant is 7 at 1 MHz.
This insulator is suitable for high-temperature power applications where reliable electrical isolation and heat dissipation are required. The thin profile minimizes thermal resistance while maintaining high dielectric strength.
