The Molex 46015-1602 is a Mini-Fit Plus PCB header with 16 circuits arranged in two rows. It features a vertical orientation and through hole termination with a 4.20mm pitch. The header is fully shrouded, polarized to both the mating part and PCB, and includes a locking feature for secure connection. It is rated for 13.0A per contact when mated with a 45750 receptacle using 16 AWG wire, and has a maximum voltage rating of 600V.
The housing is made of PA Polyamide Nylon 6/6 with a UL 94V-0 flammability rating, and the contacts are copper alloy with tin plating (2.540µm minimum on mating surface, 1.270µm minimum on termination). The operating temperature range is -40°C to +105°C, and the header is rated for 75 mating cycles. It is designed for wire-to-board power applications and is supplied in tray packaging.
