The Schurter 4301.5204 is a compact power entry module (PEM) integrating an IEC 320-C14 inlet, an EMI filter, and a fuseholder for 5x20mm fuses (1- or 2-pole) in a panel-mount package. It supports two mounting styles: screw-on (front or rear side) and snap-in (front side). An optional voltage selector (step switch, 3 positions) is available for multi-voltage applications.
Electrical ratings are 2A at 250VAC (IEC/UL). The integrated EMI filter includes a 100 nF across-line capacitor (CX) and provides leakage current as low as <0.5 mA (standard) or <5 µA (medical version). Dielectric strength exceeds 1.7 kVDC (L-N) and 2.7 kVDC (L/N-PE). Operating temperature range is -25°C to 85°C, with a climatic category of 25/085/21 per IEC 60068-1. Front side ingress protection is IP40.
Termination is via quick connect 0.250" (6.3mm) tabs; flexible wire AWG18 options are available. The module features a V-Lock notch for cord retention and complies with protection class I (IEC 61140). The medical version is suitable for use in medical equipment per IEC/UL 60601-1 (1 MOOP, 1 MOPP). For applications per IEC/UL 62368-1, variants with a bleed resistor are recommended. The fuseholder drawer is sold separately.
