The Schurter 4300.5051 is a KFS series IEC 320-C14 appliance inlet with an integrated EMI/RFI line filter. It is a panel mount, flange-mount power entry module designed for applications requiring filtered AC power input. The connector accepts male blades and provides 3 positions (L, N, PE).
Electrically, it is rated for 1A at 250VAC (with series rating up to 10A at 40°C). Leakage current is less than 0.5mA at 250V/60Hz. Dielectric strength exceeds 1.7kVDC between L-N and 2.7kVDC between L/N-PE. Impulse withstand voltage is >2.5kV L-N and >5kV L/N-PE. Operating temperature range is -25°C to 85°C. The module is IP40 rated on the front side and has a climatic category of 25/085/21.
Mounting is via screw-on flange with a maximum panel thickness of 8mm and mounting torque of 0.5Nm. Terminals are quick connect type with 6.3mm width and 0.8mm thickness. The housing is made of thermoplastic with UL94 V-0 flammability rating. Protection class is I (grounded). The part is shielded and does not accommodate a fuse.
This module is suitable for applications requiring compliance with IEC/UL 62368-1 (with recommended variants with bleed resistor). It holds approvals from cULus and ENEC, and is designed for use in standard equipment requiring EMI filtering. The connector features a notch for V-Lock latching cordset to prevent accidental disconnection.
