The E-T-A 4230-T130-K0DE-5A is a 5A thermal-magnetic circuit breaker designed for branch circuit and supplementary protection. It is rated for AC voltages up to 480VAC and DC voltages up to 125VDC, depending on pole configuration and applicable standard (IEC/EN 60947-2, UL 489, UL 1077). The interrupting capacity is 10,000 A per UL 489 AC/DC, and 7,500 A (AC) / 10,000 A (DC) per IEC. The breaker mounts on a DIN rail and uses screw terminals with a maximum tightening torque of 2 Nm. It is rated for overvoltage category III, pollution degree 3, and has an IP20 degree of protection. The ambient operating temperature range is -35°C to +70°C. Mechanical life is 20,000 cycles and electrical life is 6,000 cycles. The unit complies with shock and vibration tests per IEC 60068-2-27 and IEC 60068-2-6, and corrosion/humidity tests per IEC 60068-2-11 and IEC 60068-2-78.
