The 40HFR120 is a standard recovery rectifier diode designed for general purpose power rectification applications. It is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 1200V (1.2 kV) and an average rectified current of 40A, making it suitable for medium-power circuits.
Electrically, the diode exhibits a forward voltage drop of 1.3V maximum at 40A, and its reverse recovery time is greater than 500ns, classifying it as a standard recovery device. The operating junction temperature range spans from -65°C to 150°C, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments.
