The Keystone Electronics 4093 is a standard binding post designed for high-current applications requiring reliable electrical connections. Rated for 30 amps at 1000V AC working voltage, this red binding post features a captivated hex head that prevents accidental contact with current-carrying parts. The stud is constructed from brass per ASTM B-16 with nickel plating, providing good conductivity and corrosion resistance. Nylon insulation ensures electrical isolation between the post and mounting panel.
Termination is via a 10-32 threaded stud and turret, accepting banana plugs (0.175" diameter), tip plugs (0.080" diameter), spade lugs, alligator clips, wires, and EZ hooks.
