The 403CNQ100 is a high-current Schottky rectifier array from SMC Diode Solutions, part of the 403CNQ series. It integrates two Schottky diodes in a common cathode configuration, each rated for 200A average rectified forward current (400A per device) with a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 100V. The device exhibits a low forward voltage drop of 0.83V maximum at 200A and 25°C, and a typical junction capacitance of 5340 pF at 5V.
Designed for high-frequency operation, the 403CNQ100 features fast recovery (≤500ns) and a wide operating junction temperature range from -55°C to 175°C. It is capable of handling non-repetitive surge currents up to 3960A per leg. The module is housed in a PRM4 package (non-isolated) with a nickel-plated base plate and terminals, suitable for chassis mount applications with recommended mounting torque between 3.84 and 4.80 Nm.
This rectifier array is suitable for applications such as high-current switching power supplies, plating power supplies, free-wheeling diodes, reverse battery protection, converters, UPS systems, and welding equipment. The device is lead-free (Pb-Free) and RoHS3 compliant (unverified), with an MSL level of 1 (unlimited).
