The Heyco 4015 is an EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Terpolymer Rubber) snap-in liquid tight bushing designed for cable and wire management. It provides a liquid tight seal when installed in a panel cutout, offering protection up to IP67. The bushing is suitable for outdoor and indoor applications, with ozone and weather resistance. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 93°C. The mounting hole diameter is 0.630" (16.00 mm), and it fits panel thicknesses from 0.040" to 0.160" (1.02 mm to 4.06 mm). The cable diameter range is 0.200" to 0.280" (5.08 mm to 7.11 mm). The bushing is gray in color and provides light strain relief to the cable. Installation is simple: snap into place, cut cable end at a 45° angle, pierce the thin membrane, then insert and pull back the cable to form a liquid tight seal. This bushing is part of the LTB series from Heyco.
