The Littelfuse 3KP200CA is a 3000W bidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient events. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 200V, a minimum breakdown voltage of 220V, and a clamping voltage of 329.2V at a peak pulse current of 9.1A (10/1000µs waveform).
