The 3KP180A is a 3000W transient voltage suppression diode from Littelfuse, designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient events. It features a working voltage of 180V and a maximum clamping voltage of 289V at the rated peak pulse current of 10.4A.
