The 3KP110CA is a 3000W peak pulse power transient voltage suppression diode from Littelfuse Inc. It is designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient events. This bidirectional Zener TVS diode offers a reverse standoff voltage of 110V and a maximum clamping voltage of 177V at 16.9A peak pulse current (10/1000μs waveform). It features a fast response time of less than 1.0ps from 0V to breakdown voltage. The device is housed in a P600 axial leaded package with through-hole mounting.
