The 3KASMC43AHM3_B/H is a 3000W peak pulse power transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode from Vishay General Semiconductor, designed to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients. This unidirectional Zener-type TVS diode offers excellent clamping capability and very fast response time.
