The 3KASMC24AHE3/9AT is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode from Vishay's 3KASMC series, designed to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients induced by inductive load switching and lightning. It offers a peak pulse power dissipation of 3000 W (10/1000 µs waveform) and a clamping voltage of 38.9 V at a peak pulse current of 77.1 A.
