The Keystone Electronics 3550 is a horizontal-entry blade fuse clip designed for through hole mounting on PCBs. It accepts standard ATC and ATO blade fuses with a fuse size of 0.75" L x 0.2" W (19.1mm x 5.1mm). The clip is rated for 30A at 500V AC, making it suitable for a variety of circuit protection applications.
The fuse holder features nickel-plated brass contacts for reliable electrical performance and corrosion resistance. The insulator is made of nylon with a UL 94V-0 flammability rating, ensuring safety in high-temperature environments. The operating temperature range is -50°C to +145°C.
Designed for low-height clearance applications, the 3550 allows the fuse to be inserted parallel to the board. The polarized legs ensure proper orientation during assembly, and the holder fully insulates the clips to prevent shorting. The through hole design maintains position during wave soldering and prevents solder wicking.
