The 3M 3473-6010 is a 10 position, 2-row IDC receptacle connector from the 3M Wiremount Socket series. It features a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch and row spacing, making it compatible with standard 0.050" pitch ribbon cable. The connector uses IDC (Insulation Displacement Contact) termination for quick and reliable wire connections without stripping. Contacts are gold-plated (30µin) over nickel underplating, providing excellent corrosion resistance and reliable signal integrity. The housing is made of glass-filled polyester (PBT) with a UL 94V-0 flammability rating, suitable for a wide range of environments. The connector is rated for 1 A current and withstanding voltage of 1000 Vrms. It includes a plastic strain relief to protect the cable termination. The free hanging (in-line) mounting allows for flexible cable assembly. The gray color is standard for ribbon cable connectors. This part is RoHS3 compliant and China RoHS compliant.
