The TE Connectivity 34160 is a PLASTI-GRIP ring tongue terminal designed for 14-16 AWG wire (1.04-2.62 mm²). It features a #8 (M4) stud size and a crimp termination with a closed barrel. The contact is made of tin plated copper and the terminal is partially insulated with a blue color. The maximum voltage rating is 600V and the operating temperature range is up to 105°C.
This terminal has a serrated termination for a secure connection and an overall length of 22.12 mm with a tongue thickness of 0.79 mm. It is a free hanging (in-line) mounting type and accepts a maximum wire insulation diameter of 4.9 mm. The terminal angle is 180° with one hole.
