The Mill-Max 328-10-102-40-020001 is a single row, 2-position male pin header designed for board-to-board interconnects. It features a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch and a right angle surface mount termination, making it suitable for compact PCB layouts where space is constrained.
The contacts are made of brass alloy with a 10µin gold plating over 100µin nickel, ensuring reliable electrical performance and corrosion resistance. The insulator is molded from black nylon 46 (Stanyl TE250F6 or TE250F9), a high-temperature material capable of withstanding eutectic soldering processes.
