The TE Connectivity 324993 is a pre-insulated ring terminal from the PIDG family, designed for reliable wire termination. It accepts 14-16 AWG wire and fits a #2 stud size. The terminal features a tin-plated copper contact with serrated termination for secure crimping.
The terminal is fully insulated with nylon, providing resistance to hydrocarbons and high dielectric strength. A copper sleeve between the insulation and terminal body ensures excellent wire support after crimping. The funneled wire entry facilitates easy wire insertion during assembly.
