This is a fully insulated female quick disconnect terminal (QC receptacle) from Phoenix Contact, part number 3240547. It accepts 14-16 AWG wire and features a 0.250" (6.35mm) tab width with 0.032" (0.81mm) thickness. The terminal is made of brass with electrolytic tin plating and is halogen-free. The blue fully insulated sleeve provides protection and color coding for wire gauge identification. Crimp termination ensures reliable connection. Operating temperature range is -20°C to 105°C, with short-term capability up to 120°C. The free hanging (in-line) mounting style allows for easy installation. Stripping length is 8mm, and overall length is 22mm. This connector is RoHS3 compliant and REACH unaffected. It is designed for use with Phoenix Contact CRIMPFOX RCI crimping pliers for maximum conductor pull-out forces.
