This PIDG ring terminal from TE Connectivity is designed for 22-26 AWG wire and accepts a #8 stud. The terminal body is made of high conductivity copper per ASTM B-152, tin-plated per ASTM B-545 for corrosion resistance. A copper sleeve provides vibration resistance and improved wire insulation support. The inner barrel features serrations for maximum electrical contact and tensile strength. The nylon insulation is rated UL 94V-2 and color-coded yellow for wire size identification. The terminal is free hanging and uses a crimp termination. Operating temperature is 105°C with a voltage rating of 300V. It is UL/CSA listed and Mil-Spec approved. Typical applications include control panels, power supplies, lighting, appliances, and transportation equipment.
