The Heyco 3222 is a liquid tight cordgrip from the Original Series-35, designed for securing and sealing cables in industrial enclosures. It features a PG21 hub thread per DIN 40430 and accepts cables with diameters from 0.450 to 0.709 inches (11.43 to 18.01 mm).
The body is molded from black Nylon 6/6 (Polyamide PA66) with a TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) sealing gland, providing resistance to salt water, weak acids, gasoline, alcohol, oil, grease, and common solvents. The cordgrip is rated IP68 for dust tight and waterproof operation up to 70 PSI (5 BAR).
Operating temperature range is -40°C to 115°C static. The part carries UL File E51579 and CSA File 93876C certifications, with a flammability rating of UL 94V-2. A nylon locknut is included for panel mounting.
