The TE Connectivity 320573 is a PIDG (Pre-Insulated Diamond Grip) ring tongue terminal designed for 16-22 AWG wire and a 3/8 stud size. It is constructed with a high conductivity copper terminal body and a tin-plated finish per ASTM B-545, providing optimal corrosion resistance. A copper sleeve reinforces the wire insulation for improved vibration resistance, while the inner serrations on the body maximize electrical contact and tensile strength. The nylon insulation is color-coded red for wire gauge identification and carries a UL 94V-2 flammability rating. This terminal supports a maximum operating temperature of 105°C and a voltage rating of 300V. The free hanging (in-line) mounting and crimp termination make it suitable for a variety of applications in industrial control, lighting, power supplies, panel boxes, and transportation equipment.
