The TE Connectivity 320571 is a PIDG series ring tongue terminal designed for 16-22 AWG wire and a 1/4 stud size. It features a tin-plated copper contact with serrated barrel for low-resistance electrical connections. The terminal is insulated with red nylon (UL 94V-2) and includes a copper sleeve for vibration resistance and wire support. Rated for 300V and 105°C, it is suitable for high-vibration environments such as industrial control, lighting, power supplies, and transportation. Termination is by crimp, and the terminal is free hanging (in-line) mount. It is UL/CSA listed and Mil-Spec approved.
