The Schurter 3101.0045 is a shock-safe fuseholder from the FPG4 series designed for 5mm x 20mm cartridge fuses. It features a vertical orientation with PC pin through-hole mounting, making it suitable for PCB integration.
It is rated for 16A at 500V (UL/CSA) and 10A at 250VAC (VDE). The fuseholder accepts a maximum power dissipation of 2.5W at 10A and 23°C ambient. Contact resistance is ≤10mΩ at 100mA, dielectric strength >3kV, and insulation resistance ≥10MΩ.
The body is made of black thermoplastic with UL 94V-0 flammability rating, and terminals are copper alloy with tin plating. It offers IP40 protection and is suitable for protection class I applications per IEC 61140. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
Typical applications include household appliances and medical equipment. It complies with IEC 60127-6 and UL 4248-1 standards.
