The Schurter 3101.0025 is a shock-safe cartridge fuseholder from the FPG2 series, designed for 5x20mm fuses. It is rated for 16A at 500V (UL/CSA) and 10A at 250VAC (VDE), with a power acceptance of 2.5W at 23°C ambient. The holder offers IP40 or IP67 degree of protection and is suitable for appliances requiring protection class I per IEC 61140.
Mounting is rear-side panel mount via a fixing nut (max torque 1.2Nm), with solder lug terminals (also accepts quick-connect 4.8x0.5mm). The socket is molded from black thermoplastic rated UL 94V-0, and terminals are tin-plated copper alloy. Electrical characteristics include ≤10mΩ contact resistance, >3kV dielectric strength, and >4kV impulse withstand voltage.
Designed for harsh environments, it operates from -40°C to 85°C, with climatic category 40/085/21 and pollution degree 3 per IEC 60664-1. The holder meets overvoltage category III and is tested for vibration resistance per IEC 60068-2-6.
