The 30KPA60CA is a bidirectional TVS diode from Littelfuse designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 60 V and a breakdown voltage range of 66.7 V to 73.7 V at 5 mA test current. The maximum clamping voltage is 102 V, with a peak pulse current capability of 297.1 A.
