Littelfuse 30KPA28CA is a bidirectional TVS diode from the 30KPA series, designed to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients. It features a 28V reverse standoff voltage, a breakdown voltage range of 31.28V to 34.41V at 50mA, and a maximum clamping voltage of 50V at 606A peak pulse current (10/1000μs waveform). With 30kW peak pulse power, this diode provides robust transient protection.
The device offers fast response time of less than 1ps from 0V to breakdown voltage. It meets IEC-61000-4-2 ESD standards with 30kV air and contact discharge ratings. Operating junction temperature ranges from -55°C to 150°C, while storage temperature range is -55°C to 175°C.
