The 30KPA216A is a 30,000 watt peak pulse power TVS diode from Littelfuse designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient events. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 216V and a maximum clamping voltage of 348.6V at a peak pulse current of 86.9A (10/1000μs waveform).
