The 30KPA120A is a unidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode from Littelfuse Inc., designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient events. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 120V and a maximum clamping voltage of 194.4V at a peak pulse current of 155.9A. The device can handle 30kW of peak pulse power dissipation under a 10/1000μs waveform.
