The 30EPH03 is a 300V, 30A ultrafast rectifier diode from Vishay High Power Products, part of the FRED Pt family. It is designed for high-efficiency power conversion applications requiring low switching losses. The device features a maximum reverse recovery time of 55 ns and a low forward voltage drop of 1.25 V at 30 A. Typical forward voltage is 1.08 V at 25 °C and 0.9 V at 125 °C. Reverse leakage current is typically 0.05 µA at 25 °C and 280 µA at 125 °C. The device can handle a non-repetitive peak surge current of 300 A.
