The Vishay Dale 30CTQ060 is a center-tap Schottky rectifier array designed for high-efficiency power conversion. It features a 1 pair common cathode configuration with two 15A Schottky diodes per leg, totaling 30A average forward current for the device. With a maximum reverse voltage of 60V and a low forward voltage drop of 620mV at 15A (per leg), this device minimizes conduction losses in switching power supplies. The Schottky technology enables fast recovery (<500ns) and high-frequency operation. The device is housed in a standard TO-220-3 through-hole package with excellent thermal characteristics, including a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 3.25°C/W per leg. It operates over the full -55°C to 150°C temperature range. Typical applications include switching power supplies, free-wheeling diodes, and reverse battery protection circuits.
The maximum DC reverse voltage (VR) is 60V.
Typical forward voltage is 620 mV at 15 A per leg (25°C) and 0.56 V at 15 A per leg (125°C). Maximum forward voltage is 0.82 V at 30 A per leg (25°C) and 0.71 V at 30 A per leg (125°C).
The average forward current is 15 A per leg and 30 A per device (with 50% duty cycle at TC=105°C).
The device is in a TO-220-3 through-hole package.
The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 150°C.
