The 30CTQ045S is a high-temperature Schottky rectifier diode array featuring two 15A diodes with a common cathode configuration in a surface-mount D2PAK (TO-263AB) package. It is designed for output rectification in DC/DC converters and power supplies, solar bypass diodes, polarity protection, and free-wheeling applications.
