The 30CPH03 is an ultrafast rectifier diode array from Vishay Dale, designed for high-efficiency power conversion applications. It features a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 300V and an average forward current of 15A per leg, with a total device rating of 30A. The reverse recovery time is 40ns maximum under standard test conditions, with typical values as low as 32ns at higher currents. Forward voltage is typically 1.05V and maximum 1.25V at 15A and 25°C. This device utilizes FRED Pt technology with a planar structure and platinum-doped lifetime control, ensuring optimized performance, ruggedness, and reliability.
