The 30BQ100TR is a Schottky rectifier diode designed for low forward voltage drop and high-frequency operation. It is rated for a maximum average rectified current of 3A at a lead temperature of 148°C with a 50% duty cycle rectangular waveform, and can handle up to 4A at 138°C. The device has a maximum peak repetitive reverse voltage of 100V.
Electrical characteristics include a maximum forward voltage of 0.62V at 3A and 125°C junction temperature, and 0.79V at 3A and 25°C. Reverse leakage current is limited to 0.5mA at 25°C and 5mA at 125°C.
