The 30BQ060 is a Schottky rectifier diode designed for applications requiring low forward voltage drop and small footprint. It has a maximum average rectified current of 3.0A at 50% duty cycle and a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 60V. The forward voltage drop is typically 0.52V at 3A and 125°C, and maximum 0.58V at 25°C. Reverse leakage current is 0.5mA at 25°C and 20mA at 125°C.
