The Edac 307-030-520-202 is a card edge connector from the 307 series, offering 30 positions in a dual row female configuration with a 0.156" (3.96mm) pitch. It accepts PC boards with a thickness range of 0.054" to 0.070" (1.37mm to 1.78mm) and features dual readout for both sides of the edge card.
Electrical ratings include a current rating of 5 A, maximum contact resistance of 10 mΩ, dielectric withstanding voltage of 1800 V AC rms, and minimum insulation resistance of 5000 MΩ. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 105°C. Contacts are made of copper alloy with gold plating on the mating area (10.0 µin thickness) and tin plating on the tails, with nickel underplating.
The connector is through-hole mounted with solder termination. The insulator body is green thermoplastic polyester rated UL 94V-0. Mounting features include flush mount, top opening, unthreaded holes of 0.128" (3.25mm) diameter. Insertion force is 4.45 N (16 oz) maximum per contact pair, and withdrawal force is 0.28 N (1 oz) minimum.
