The 301CNQ045 is a center-tap Schottky rectifier module rated for a maximum DC reverse voltage of 45V and an average forward current of 300A (total module, 50% duty cycle, Tc=81°C). It is housed in a TO-244AB chassis-mount package and configured as a common-cathode dual diode.
Key electrical characteristics include a maximum forward voltage of 0.69V per leg at 150A and 25°C, and 0.9V at 300A. The module can withstand a peak non-repetitive surge current of 16,000A (5µs sine) and 3,200A (10ms sine) per leg. Maximum reverse leakage current is 10mA at 25°C and 90mA at 125°C.
