The 2STP535FP is an NPN Darlington transistor from STMicroelectronics designed for high-current switching applications. It features a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 180V and a continuous collector current rating of 8A, with a power dissipation of 37W. The Darlington configuration provides a high DC current gain (hFE) of 1000 minimum at 3A collector current and 4V Vce, enabling efficient low-base-current drive.
This through-hole device is housed in a TO-220-3 Full Pack (TO-220FP) package, which offers full isolation for simplified mounting and heat sinking.
