The 2SK3541T2L is an N-channel enhancement-mode MOSFET manufactured by ROHM Semiconductor. It is designed for low-voltage switching and interfacing applications, with a maximum drain-source voltage of 30V and continuous drain current of 100mA (400mA pulsed). The device is built with MOSFET technology and features low on-resistance (8Ω typical at 10mA) and fast switching speeds (turn-on delay 15ns, rise time 35ns, turn-off delay 80ns, fall time 80ns).
The gate threshold voltage ranges from 0.8V to 1.5V, allowing direct drive from low-voltage logic (2.5V). This makes the 2SK3541T2L suitable for battery-powered portable equipment where simple drive circuits are needed. The device includes a built-in gate protection diode to guard against electrostatic discharge.
