The 2SK3065T100 is an N-channel power MOSFET from ROHM Semiconductor designed for small switching applications. It features low on-resistance (320mΩ max at 4V gate drive) and high-speed switching capability, making it suitable for low-voltage load switching and DC-DC converter circuits.
