The 2SD2141 is a silicon NPN triple diffused Darlington transistor manufactured by Sanken Electric. It is designed for general purpose applications such as igniters, solenoid drivers, and motor drivers.
This transistor features a collector-emitter voltage (VCEO) of 380 V, a collector-base voltage (VCBO) of 430 V, and a continuous collector current (Ic) of 6 A (10 A pulse).
