The 2SC6017-TL-E is an NPN bipolar junction transistor from On Semiconductor, designed for high-current switching applications. It features a maximum collector-to-emitter voltage of 50V and a continuous collector current of 10A, with a pulse capability of 13A. The device offers low collector-to-emitter saturation voltage (360mV max at 5A) and high-speed switching characteristics with a typical turn-on time of 40ns and a gain-bandwidth product of 200MHz.
